Neracatha is a large city situated directly on the border of The Republic of Adria, where the Crescent Vale Highway crosses into The Kyrtesian Commonwealth. Though generally prosperous, it has seen a massive influx of displaced individuals of various sorts in recent years - some seeking to emigrate from Adria but finding themselves barred, and others fleeing pockets of local oppression somewhere deeper in the less-governed Commonwealth.
