Elleserin
Elleserin is a settlement of high elves on the cold shores of the northern Irune Sea, with the population of a small city but spread over a much larger area. The Elleseri are reclusive and mysterious, stemming from elven families and organizations who did not integrate with other cultures after The Dusk War, and have sought to maintain their isolation over the centuries since. The nobility of Elleserin accept Adrian taxation in exchange for autonomy on most other matters, and are widely revered.
