Dark Elf (Drow)

Centuries after the Eladrin's gate to the Faywild closed, those remaining began new lives on Luridel. Some fled to the forests, some made cities, and some, fled to the underworld, moving into cities with their Dwarven friends. After generations underground, fighting off attacks by horrible creatures from deep within the world, and a brief enslavement, the Eladrin had become far more attuned to the underworld of Luridel.
Referred to as "Dark Elves" by those on the surface, and Drow by those in the underworld, the Dark Elves live a harsh existance, hated by many simply for their appearance and by others for their treatment of them as slavers.
Though only a small portion of the Dark Elf population function as slavers or brigands, they are the vocal minority, and give a very poor reputation to the rest of the species.
