Borus Bareneck, Mayor of Wavemeet

Boris Bareneck, from the noble Bareneck family, presides over the small portside town of Wavemeet, which lies on the eastern fringes of Lunarmyre. The Barenecks come from a line of sailors and sea monster hunters, and the town thrives on unique monster materials as well as other water creatures. Many rumors swirl about the days Borus spent abroad as a sailor, claiming he was a pirate, and the circus he brought back with him is his crew. Neverthelss, he has brought color and livelihood to the once dreary town. He recently aquired the position when his father passed a year ago, a position that would have been given to his late older brother, who was slain by Albert Starson, but fell to him instead.
