Sandra Oathsworn

Sandra Oathsworn is a well known charity worker. She often holds fundraisers for the wealthy then gives that money to the poor. She does not like to mingle with the poor however and does not give that money out herself, she raises money only for popularity reasons among the upper crust.

She is the wife of Ulfric Oathsworn.
