Nandorwin

Nandorwin is the largest of the five continents that form the five nations. It is home to many different races, religions, organisations and cultures. It is ideal land for settlers and adventurers seeking fame and fortune. Nandorwin is ruled by the Nandorian Empire who use a vassalage system with each vassal overseeing their region and liaise with the Chosen Council on regional affairs, if not already part of it. In addition, due to its sheer size of landmass, the transport of supplies and troops proves difficult, therefore regional lords are expected to handle these matters themselves.   The Nandorian Empire is an incredibly formidable nation capable of amassing the largest army of any continent, though perhaps not the most experienced. Politically, the Nandorian Empire is a democracy with a royal monarch as its figurehead. The current ruler is Emperor Sullivan Farcourt who with his elected government, known as the Chosen Council, run the nation. However, due to Nandorwin’s size, the nation relies on regional lords to rule on the Nandorian Empire’s behalf.   The grand capital city of Neminster is an overpopulated and ever-expanding hub of trade, commerce and culture. It features the largest port on the continent, the Prime Temple of Seven Faiths, where the leaders of the Clergy of Seven Faiths dwell and Farcourt Castle, home of the Emperor himself, this grand building sits in the middle of a large man-made moat only accessible by a heavily patrolled drawbridge. Neminster is the known far and wide, this has resulted in the city being dense and diverse in terms of its citizens. Within the region around it, there are many farms, barracks, manors, taverns and inns. The city acts as the heart of Nandorwin where the royal monarchy and a portion of the Chosen Council dwell. Neminster is split into rings and circles that define that districts wealth, the innermost circle, and therefore the wealthiest, being Farcourt Castle. Districts get poorer the further out you go, meaning outermost districts are thereby the poorest and least patrolled by the Emperor’s military forces, which are located within the inner districts. This leaves the biggest and poorest rings to fend for themselves. The city is filled with endless markets, shops and smithies to provide adventurers with an excellent supply of equipment and armour, as well as magical goods. Citizens of Neminster can live out their lives within the city and never once venture outside of Neminster's ever-expanding border walls.
