Chosen Council

The chosen council is a democratic group of semi-elected individuals who oversee the day to day affairs of the Nandorian Empire from political intrigue to military operations in the name of the emperor. There are 32 seats (and therefore titles) in the council, however, it is a rare thing indeed for all 32 members to actually come together.
