Careless Whisper

Careless Whisper was from a small tribe within Colaro, however, due to his unlawful practise of shadow sorcery he was kicked out of his tribe and forced to fend for himself. Eventually, this led him to Nandorwin where he has been surviving by putting up a somewhat convincing façade. Careless Whisper has made his way to Fallcrest, for reasons only he knows.
