Summary

The Crying Cow is a boot shop in central Seaton that is owned and operated by Barda Keenseeker

You have to duck to enter the boot shop, as the canopied entrance seems to have collapsed during the last big coastal storm-- and judging by the appearance of the rest of the store, the owner is too probably too lazy to find time to repair it. Scraps and strips of stained leather drape over every counter and surface. The thick, smoky scent of leather dye hangs in the humid air making it difficult to breathe, and the room is so packed together with loose boots and leftover materials that even the sound of your breath is compressed loudly into your eyes. A bored-looking, wood elf snips idly at a few scraps of leather, creating what looks to be like a crude doll of an ogre.
