The exact construction date of the guildhouse is unknown because it was built during the era of Old Saltmarsh. In the new era, It was first utilized by The Crabswords in Year 25. After the Crabswords disbanded in Year 30, it remained vacant until Year 40 when the guildhouse was gifted by the Saltmarsh City Council to Ghaul and the Tiny Men for all they had done for the city.
