Summary

Old Fish is an ancient tiefling fisherman who serves as the Speaker for the Old Blood Subguild in the Saltmarsh Mariners' Guild. His horns are shaved down to his head, and his yellow eyes are glazed over with intense cataracts.
He is know to have once been a member of the Order of the Endless Tides.
