Summary

Eliander Fireborn was the leader of the Saltmarsh City Guard, an influencial member of the Saltmarsh City Council, and a loyal soldier of King Skotti's Royal Army. Although he was just one of a number of members sitting on the council, he possessed a writ of authority provided by the King.

Eliander was killed during the Flockfest Flood, his body was never found.
