Iron Reeds

Iron reeds are a bright blood red grass with a fiberous stem. The pulp can be formed into a fabric which has resistance to rot and wear. Some of the native insects of Lore have a unique enzyme which can break the fibers down for digestion. Otherwise, the fabric is extremely durable.
