The Farplains

The vast Farplains are home to the Orcs and are ruled by their Confederacy. Though life is simple and slow for the nomadic people who live on these plains, the fields are rich and food is plentiful. Many in the Old World have come here looking to build farmsteads and lead good, simple lives free from the yoke of Empire. Still, life is not always easy here. The winters are harsh and a bold wind howls through the valleys and hills of the Farplains. It takes a bold sort to make a living in this foreign land, though those who try will often find a helping hand in their friendly new neighbors in the Orcs.
The Farplains are home to vast herds of bison, wolves, bears, deer, and frequently dinosaurs and other primeval life. Rarely, a dragon can be seen flying down from their roosts in the northern mountains to feed on the prey in this rolling land.
