Sector 09 - Progress

Progress is a sector that the Federation decided to dedicate to host most of (if not all) research installations. Moderate population, surprisingly high standard of life (mainly because of a big number of third caste members in the population). Clear skies. Universities and research institution placed nearly everywhere. Various black sites hidden beneath the ground of many barren and uninhabited worlds.
