New Comintern
New Comintern is an Outer Colonies faction that is composed of radical, militant socialists, communists and some misguided, radically left democrats used as a pawns by Comintern leadership.
As such, what dominates in it are centrally planned economies, internal terror and revolutionary propaganda. Not to mention the will to spread Revolution throughout the stairs, which drives them to perpetual conflict with less expansive (and less communist groups).
