The Ashen Sun Accord obtained this land through a pact made with the former draenei inhabitants who were being invaded and slaughtered by the Mag'har orcs angry that their world had been destroyed by the light fanatics. To prove the Ren'dorei as valuable members of the Alliance, the Magistrix agreed to send forces to help push the Horde out and evacuate the draenei.   Lead by Captain Xakarius Nightforge and through the wisdom and efforts of much of the council, a long period of hell endured for the Accord. For seven months, the Accord waged war against the Horde and had to endure a variety of challenges presented across the way. With their victory, several months were spent building the first settlement which would become the capital.   1 year after the Accord's formation, Thalas'din Ren had been opened for the Ren'dorei people and their Quel'dorei comrades to begin moving into.
