Malcantor Mace

As befits the god of wrath and murder, Malcantor Mace is a war torn, bleak world where mortal souls are subjected to terrible pain for their past crimes. 
The skies of Malcantor are constantly ablaze with fire and the ground is stained with the blood of the numberless slain denizens of this bleak realm. Vast legions of vicious, bloodthirsty sociopaths and hellish monstrosities battle each other in an eternal struggle under the ever watchful gaze of Utharaplast himself, from his Citadel of Anguish.

Geography

Citadel of Anguish

The Citadel lies on an island in the middle of a frozen lake, which itself lies in the middle of a hollowed out mountain. The walls of the Citadel are made of a very resilient black metal and are many times taller than any structure made by mortal races. A forest of crucified souls surround the outer perimeter of the wall and carrion birds pick apart their bloody remains, only for them to heal again. At the centre of the Citadel itself lies the tower where the lord of this realm, Ultharaplast Merit, resides.

Ecosystem

Rictus
A Rictus is an insane devotee of Utharaplast. They wear masks made from the skinned faces of their victims and wear a permanent toothy grin. Typically they are only armed with knives, pitchforks, scythes or woodcutting axes wear little more than bloodstained rags.
