Emuary

Also called 'thunder birds', emuarys are giant eagle-like creatures with brilliant opalescent feathers that can be blinding to look at if caught by the sun. They also have apparent mastery over lightning, bestowed unto them by the goddess Osithandra

Anatomy

Rivaling wyverns in size, emuarys resemble eagles. They have very fine, opalescent feathers that change colour under the light of the sun. Their eyes are amber and the talons on their feet are nearly as big as a small child.

Perception and Sensory Capabilities

Emuarys are most famous for their ability to manipulate lighting, hence their more common name 'thunder birds'. They have excellent binocular vision, able to see in things in great detail several kilometers away.
