Oracle of Savras

The Oracle of Savras in the north part of Sylendrion has long attracted kings and beggars who want to know their fate. Savras however speaks in riddles and elusively, although none doubt his knowledge of what the fates hold in store. Some say that the coming of Vyxtheru was prophecized by the Oracle, and the mystic, Dwemon Gur, believes that another cataclysm, worse than the last, has recently been foretold.
Along with the Ravenclaw Library, one of the sacred locations of the Guardians of the Northern Star, who claim to have a mystical knowledge of the gods, time, and destiny.
