Priscilla

Priscilla is a zeitgabber who works as a chef in Licentia, specializing in what she calls "the people's dinner." That mostly means comfort food. She is an avid fan of the Dodgers.
She is capable of Xenoexpression and has a tail like a Labrador retriever. This tail is not prehensile, it can only wag. While she herself is mostly calm, the tail is another story — when she's around other happy people, it can become sprained in delight.
Access to food is somewhat controlled in Licentia to ensure there is enough for everybody, but trusted chefs like Priscilla are given whatever they ask for in any amount to encourage them to try new things. She is somewhat notorious for insisting people taste test multiple iterations of her recipes, which results in a sort of revolving door of friendships — it is said that she alone has caused four people to become pre-diabetic. As she managed that even though she rarely makes sugary food, doctors everywhere fear her power over the arteries of infected.
Like most zeitgabberim, Priscilla's mood is influenced by those around her. In her case the effect is noted to be far stronger than usual. This is part of her motivation for going around asking people if they want to compare three cheeseburgers (or what have you) to find which one is the best — she feels their own delight. As there is no pheromone for nausea, it may be a better experience for her than her subjects.
