Perla is one of Zero's confidants. Originally the Delegate of Ass-Faced Monkfish, Monastery of the, Perla moved to Texas after being recalled. Notably, she helped Zero and Georgia escape jail — while not directly involved in the breakout, she gave them a place to lie low.
Perla has a bizarre inability to take things seriously. She's not totally incapable of helping in a crisis, she just continues to joke around the entire time. Nothing fazes her. There's some basic survival instinct in her, so she'd run from a charging bull, but she'd laugh until out of breath. No one in Licentia knows her from prior to her getting infected, so it's unknown if she always been like this or if this is an extremely rare side effects of Rumase-Associated Illness.
Being so poor at reading the room, Perla has never been invited to a funeral.
