X-Wry

X-Wry, more commonly called Zedheads, are infected who solely have the Z-virus. This level of specificity is rarely necessary but is useful in some contexts.
The majority of people in Licentia are X-Wry as the Z-virus is far more infectious than the other two.

Biological Cycle

As they have no other viruses to change their behavior, XRAI tend to be more strongly affected by the Z-virus than people with some level of hybridization. This was first studied discovered by the CDC, who took a dozen pairs of identical twins from Dallas Outskirts and infected one twin with another virus. Licentia strongly condemns such research but overtime has gradually confirmed it with animal studies.
