Hawk

(a.k.a. Hawk)

Hawk is a former chief delegate of Taqfleck, the second after Zero vacated the role. Although well-respected, he decided the responsibility involved was too much and has returned to his role as one of Licentia's IT guys.
Hawk was disfigured by a vigilante in Los Caídos when his face was smashed into a monitor. He has regained sight via a transplant of eyes from a bird of prey, although he had the nickname prior to the incident.
His legal name is unknown.

There is still relatively severe scarring on his face, but he has had reconstructive surgery to regain a somewhat "normal" appearance.
