Worship

Cynthia is most often seen as evil, especially with her association with blood and violence. As such, she is also strongly associated with vampires.
Cynthia is sometimes worshipped by the darker side of rage-fueled folk (barbarian, Path of the Berserker) and those who work with blood.

Blood Moon

Every full moon of Cynthia, the Blood Moon occurs. During these nights, Cynthia's red light beams down strongly, and some dreaded creatures of night and blood become more resilient. Some rituals become easier to perform, and some rituals can only be performed under a blood moon. The barriers between planes and worlds become weaker, and Nightwalkers stride across the land.
If a blood moon occurs at the same time as a full moon of Selene, it might be called a wolf blood moon. (Or: wolf-blood moon or wolfblood moon.)
