A draconin subculture that applies to both Doh'garan, and Fafnian. They live in the northern face of the Dragon Peaks, in the path of the Doom Cage storms. Their public agenda is to study them. Only the strongest draconin come from here, as only the strong survive more than one storm.

Culture
Major language groups and dialects
Draconic is the only language spoken among draconin. Only when interacting with other races do they speak the common tongue.
Culture and cultural heritage
They were first formed by some of the original refugees that left the Old World. Their original goal was to study the magic of their new world.
They believe that they are stronger than other draconin, if for nothing else than their ability to survive the Doom Cage storms. This makes them even more prideful than other draconin cultures, though they are not spiteful either. They spend their days in preparation for the Doom Cage storms. WHen the storms eventually arrive, they study the storms from within their mountain homes. It is their duty to study, and document every detail regarding the storm. This allows the people to better understand the storms, and by extention, the arcana of Eternity as a whole.
Shared customary codes and values
The most important thing to any draconin, be it Fafnian, or Doh'garan, is family, and their bloodline in general.
Common Etiquette rules
Their expectations is like what you would expect. The only major difference is how they are more easily offended than other races. They take anything that could be remotely linked to someone calling them weak as offensive in the extreme, being a race that values strength. This applies to all draconin.
Common Dress code
If you are a male, you wear your line of work. If you are a blacksmith, you will likely wear a smith's apron. If you are a builder, you may wear your tool belt. If you are a merchant, you might carry some small things that you may sell. Females generally wear more elegant clothing. They tend to favor long dresses. There is more leniency in way of what can be showing, and what can't. So long as it is not obviously lustful in intent, or in any other way, innapropriate, it is viewed as the wearer simply displaying their strength as a draconin.
Art & Architecture
Living in a place of storms, there must be a level of care as how you design your homes. They pull inspiration from the dwarves of Midr, and dig their homes, and sometimes, entire communities into the mountainside. This makes sure that their homes will stay intact no matter how hard the winds blow. It is from these mountaiside homes that they study the Doom Cage storms, and document their findings.
Birth & Baptismal Rites
When a child is born, they are presented to the next Doom Cage storm. They believe the oom cage to be sentient, and able to judge one's potential Once the Doom Cage is over, the child becomes an official member of draconin society.
Coming of Age Rites
If you are born on the Doh'garus side of the Dragon Peaks, you must do the Forging of One's Blade rite to prove that you are ready to become an adult.
Funerary and Memorial customs
Most fuenerals are accompanied by a templar of either Deos, or Arotha, as they symbolize life, and protection. The higher the class of the fueneral, the higher in rank the templar.
Ideals
Beauty Ideals
Their philosophy on physical attraction does not differ any from other draconin attraction. They value strength as a race, and the displaying thereof, making a strong form desireable. Streangth must be both physical, and mental. A strong body is nothing without a mind to match, and vise-versa.
Gender Ideals
The male is almost always the protector, and therefore has the lead role in a household. Though, socially, male, and female are equal to one another. In the end, one is not superior, or inferior to the other.
Courtship Ideals
Across all draconin cultures, strength is valued above all else. Both physical, and mental. They are at their cores, warriors. Built to serve. One needs a strong mind, and body to do so. Honor is held at a close second. They were one of the first creations of Deos. As such, they believe there are standards that must be upheld in way of morals. Unlike nations like Heodar, or Brimbaria, honor is not based on sins, or accomplishments of the father, but rather of the individual. Short of catastrofic failiurs, or repeated sins over several generations, your parents' social status will not effect your own.
Relationship Ideals
It is exclusively one man, and one woman. Multi-spouse, or homosexual marrages are viewed as vulgar, and are banned across both draconic nations. It is always one man, and one woman. While it varies based on the individual couple, it is typically the male in charge, with the female immidiately below, with heavy influence on the male's decisions.
