Sauriv
When visiting Thilladuhr, you may find yourself seeing shadows skulking in the alleys, kobolds in unusual garbs pointing and whispering to eachother in your direction, as the more you look, the more you notice them.
These unusual looking inhabitans would most likely be members of the Sauriv, a group of kobolds formed by Ancalagon as the hold started increasing in population, reporting directly to him, acting as his eyes when he is unable to keep an eye on matters himself.
Sometimes known to take things a bit too far, unable to control their zealousness at times as they fufill their tasks.
Just be careful what you ask, where you go, and be sure not to snoop around too much...
