On a Critical hit a Storm cloud will appear in a 10ft radius and last for 3 turns, centered on the PC and moves with them.
Every one (Allies and Enemies) within the cloud must make a DC 14 CON save at the start of their turn.
The Storm causes 2d8 Lightning Damage, halved on success.
If the PC performs another Critical hit before the cloud dissipates, the cloud will last for 4 more turns, and damage will be increased to 3d8 Lightning Damage.
