History of the Green Ravens

A nomadic tribe who roamed Legalaia.
Their origins date back to the end of the last era.
When the union of the Anstigars and the Legalaias occurred, mercenary warriors belonging to no clan began wandering the Kingdom, adopting similar groups of folk who had found themselves isolated after the clan wars had all but stopped.
The community developed over the years, and they soon became focused on protecting nature and wildlife.
They were incredibly adept at traversing and living off the land.
Over the course of history, they became known throughout Legalaia and were often greeted with kindness and hospitality at towns and cities, despite seldom visits there.
GR were known to provide certain services to those in need, be it protection, escort, delivery, trade.
They were close allies of the Abbey of the Quill, being well suited to collect information from across the Kingdom and return it to the monks for research and other scholarly requirements.
There are some rumours which surround the Green Ravens, such that they were secretly conscripted by the Royal Family as an organisation of spies.
The last known contact with The Green Ravens was during the great war. Since then, no one has seen them, and it is widely believed they were all wiped out.
