Dagger of the Chained Spirit

The rusted blade of the dagger looks certain to disintegrate if even the wind were to blow it, and yet, its sharpness and lethality are beyond anything seen before.   It's construction seems both crude and yet professional. A seemingly short chain dangles through a loop on the hilt of a short dagger, more resemblance to a Kunai infact. The other end of the chain is embedded in a vambrace of hardened leather.

Mechanics & Inner Workings

Finesse Weapon.   The dagger can be used to attack at a maximum range of 30 feet, the dagger deals 2d4 + 4.   If the dagger hits, the user can use their bonus action to wrench the target closer to them.    The target must succeed on a DC15 Dexterity Saving Throw or be pulled a certain distance towards the user, depending on their size. Target will auto succeed if their size is greater than Large.   Small - 15 Feet Medium - 10 Feet Large - 5 Feet   The dagger holds 3 spirit charges. On a successful hit, a charge may be expended to heal for the damage dealt (Activated prior to rolling damage).    Charges reset on a long rest.
