The Eight

The Eight are heroes whom have become saint-like beings to the commonfolk.
The Guardian (of Light) - Often used to ask for protection. "May the Guardian watch over you"
The Last (Companion) - Often used in terms of loyalty. "By the Last I will stand by you"
The Harbringer (of Death) - Often used as a curse when wishing death upon someone. "May the Harbringer take you"
The Oathsworn (Protector) - Often used when taking an oath. "I swear by the Oathsworn to deliver this message" or “May the Oathsworn take me if I fail to uphold my word”
The Scarbourne (Warrior) - Often used when asking for healing. "May the Scarbourne take away this pain"
The Unbroken (Keeper) - Used when asking for inner strength. "By the Unbroken I will not fail"
The Lost (Sentinel) - Used as a curse or asking for help locating something. "May you join the Lost" or "May the Lost return you to me"
The Fallen (Traitor) - Used as a curse. "you Fallen scum" and "May you burn with the Fallen".
