Rill

The Rill are bipedal ratmen with man-like arms and hands, and rat-like heads. All Rill are short and are usually gray or brown furred, but some whites and blacks exist as well. The Rill appear to multiply quite quickly. The Rill may wear leather armor and carry daggers or shortswords but usually avoid conflict.
The Rill are seen as a nuisance race and little better than Gobs. Most Rill are excellent lockpicks, thieves, and beggars. The Rill have no form of government and can be found in every land of Layeil.
All Rill slingers can access the sphere ability of Ward. Rill do not have any special title for their slingers. Rill slingers master the ability to cloak themselves in wards becoming nearly invisible to both sight and magical sense.
