Grok

The Grok are large bipedal bearmen with man-like limbs and bear-like heads. The Grok are physically powerful and have non-retractable claws. Grok fur comes in dark shades of brown and black. Although physically frightening the Grok are an extremely passive and peace-loving people.
  The Grok are members of the Grand Republic, and reside in the High City of Undryx. The Grok were very close to the Dar race, and after their disappearance became wardens of their former capital. The Grok themselves are nearly extinct and many of their race believe they will soon join their former allies. It is extremely rare for a Grok to leave the Mountain city.
The Grok have no government, instead allowing the Grand Republic, and Lord Kirk Edgehelm rule over the high city, while they maintain and care for it.
Grok slingers can access the sphere ability of Mend. They are simply known as healers.
