Fin, Vise, and Noct

The Fin are bipedal fish and sharkmen with man-like arms and hands, and fish or shark-like heads, while the Vise are bipedal crabmen with man-like arms and pincers for hands, and crab-like heads. The Noct are bipedal squidmen with man-like arms and hands, and squid-like heads.
The Fin, Vise, and Noct are known as the Legions of the Deep and the Servants of the Leviathan. They control the entire outer sea and allow no ships passage slaughtering any who try to sail through them. They fear the inner seas and particularly the Maelstrom located in the southern inner sea. The legions of the deep also attack most settlements the other races attempt to build near the outer sea.
The Seradii Empire is constantly at war with them as it wishes to expand, while the Narasign have managed to conquer three of the Murakami Islands to the north and even fish the sea between the Murakami Islands and the Mainland. No other progress has been made by any of the races.
All Fin slingers can access the sphere ability of Telepathy, while all Noct slingers can access the sphere ability of Sense. It is believed by the Order of the Sphere these two subspecies combining their abilities is how the Legions of the Deep are able to locate and then overwhelm any and every ship that attempts passage on the outer sea. All Vise slingers can access the sphere ability of Brawn.
