City of the Fallen

Located in the west of the Northlands. After the War of the Fallen King, many of his followers had nowhere to return. These individuals were eventually granted amnesty by King Mitoh and offered sanctuary in the eastern ruins, in exchange for exploring the ruins and offering their discoveries to their new king. These individuals were offered no further aid from the northern wastes, predators, or magical wards placed upon the various ruins. They were forced to accept King Mitoh’s offer and have since managed to mete out a meager existence.
