Izard's Intelligent Ink Quill

A revolutionary enchantment for the world of scholars and authors, Izard's Intelligent Ink Quill is a ritual enchantment cast on a feathered quill that will write automatically when dictated to by it's owner. This spell, created by Professor Hoffrey Izzard in 542 ER, can create an enchanted writing tool out of any ordinary ink quill.
Tired of scribing his own research notes and the poor quality of his student intern's handwritings skills, Izard sought to create a more efficient method of writing. Over a decade of experimentation and honing of the ritual, Izard outlines the process of creating one's own Intelligent Ink Quill for use by anyone in The Triskelion.

Instructions for Creation

To begin the ritual one must start with a small collection of materials: a feather quill, 12 hours worth of lantern oil and Bosman's Incense, 3 ounces of pine resin, one empty journal and an ink supply.
Step 1) Infuse pine resin with mana for one hour, then apply to the shaft of your ink quill.
Step 2) Recite Meeran's first and third forms incantations while lighting the lantern oil and incense.
Step 3) Begin writing in your journal, repeating words and sentences with as steady a hand. While writing your forms, speak clearly the exact phrase you are writing. Continue for as much time is available in your session, then extinguish your oil and incense. If either your source of oil or lantern runs out mid session, replace them before continuing with your enchantment ritual.
Step 4) Repeat from step 1 until you have approximately one hour of materials remaining. Then, attune with your quill for the remaining hour using Meeran's fourth form. When your oil extinguishes your quill is now ready to write upon speaking it's activation word.
