A hacker organization which operates in Japan. The organization has originated of the Imperial Family, which has their own branch. Their leader had a team of 8 elite heroes, but that was in the past.. Or so we think. This organization's symbol is a rose with tech like symbols around it. This organization hides the greatest treasures from the common eye, but once you get in.. There's no going back. They are always at head from the Angels of Elder Toad, a religious organization. They seek to get all the computers and be the rulers of Earth AND ToadWorld.

Structure
There are the lowest ranked Soldiers, who are responsible for gaurding the base and seizing people's computers or doing the dirty work. Then there are the Little Overseers, usually children who have been in charge of soldiers or workers. The Little Overseers are in charge of the hacking Department. The Little Overseers are Overseen by The District Overseer, who manages the Overseers. The District Overseers answer to the Judges, who oversee everything below them. The Judges are overseen by the 8 Roses, and the top ranking generals of the organization.
Public Agenda
They want to seize everything from the Angels and make everybody of their own. They want to oversee all the computers and control the tech department, their leader must have something with computers. As they went to war with the angels, they decided it was fun to try to steal everything. While Dominica dominates the universe globally, its these people that dominate the tech field, and can easily fight Dominica.
Assets
They have billions of dollars worth of money, and have secret buildings underground. They have MILLIONS of followers, and have MILLIONS of weaponry to share. Their Hacking Department and everyone else gets paid.
Although they have Rose weapons, powerful weapons that can cut aliens and otherworldly folk in half, ever since they decided to make it long ago. Ever since they decided to, they got stronger. They were also the developers of the Axiom, an early dimension teleporter.
History
They first became when computers were created. A group of 8 children who now lead the organization, they built a master computer. Then they all moved in a skyscraper, and placed the master computer there. Now they oversee the computers there as well. Rai took leadership when Evil Chris stepped down.
