Demographics

The settlement itself is mostly inhabited by magic using humans who use magic from their own creativity, called Ink magic. Of course, this town was founded by someone else with the name Ink, who was descended from the legendary Usagi Monarchy all of those times ago. Ink by himself however, then founded this place using his Jumper powers, from the world of Paradiso. The population is mostly nekomata which take up an astounding 60% of the town's population. Then there are the humans which take up 30% to 35% of the population, and the other 5% to 10% are other, smaller races, even succubi and even angels live in this town. There are mostly two wealth classes to this town:
The first wealth class is the one with the big houses, as the town is for the rich. However, the other wealth classes get along with the big houses, and they usually don't fight at all. Only once, but that was 1,000 years ago. Several noble families from the Usagi Monarchy also inhabit this town.

Government

The laws unlike other towns are very strict. Strangely however, public nudity and public sex are strangely allowed with even the law enforcement joining. The town itself is overseen by nobles, who usually keep all of the money for themselves but SOME give to the people, if not all of them. Back when the Church of Elder Toad was around, they inhabited the town and made it a parish government. Even then though, the only strict law seems to be that you cannot do unauthorized fighting or inciting a rebellion against the monarchy, and even that has pretty harsh punishments. 
The Organization that mostly watches over this town is the monarchy.

Infrastructure

This settlement is home to the first Inkmagic/Creation magic users, who create electricity and small things that propel life. However, they also are Technomagic users, also being the first ones to pilot ancient technology onto these things called Slates, which the Church hated as it functioned like the Web. Slates and stuff like that, even technomagic users are still around in this city to this day, and they figure out how to cure diseases using their magic, and are also the pioneers of medicine.
A year after the Church left however, they began to start making these sky scraper like buildings called Ashens. They are like modern skyscrapers, powered by magic.

Districts

This settlement itself has only one main district other than the Housing District. It was something that the nobles made, where the nobles lived. This District alone was known as the Noble District, somewhere where ancient, forbidden magics are being studied.

Natural Resources

Natural resources include gold, technomagic, and electric cubes, which are like computer parts.
