it requires: Wit,Power,High Level and money. Nobles are also fighters, so they aren't just for show.

Requirements
You have to be a half-Usagi or Usagi. Or you would have to have a Usagi Noble ancestor.
Appointment
Anyone from the Usagi Royal Family.
Duties
You travel around and protect the Usagi Prince and Princess.
You command armies and protect worlds.
You stop pesky pranksters from pranking you.
Responsibilities
Day to day checking of lower ranks, travel with royal family, commander of armies, world protector, and the people who take care of the Prankster if he ever pranks you again.
Benefits
You get lots of money. You have access to the Usagi Computer, which is the most protected artifact in modern day ToadWorld.You never have to worry about taxes either, since you dont pay them.

Once you receive the title, you are given weapons of the Royal Usagi material, which are powerful and world shattering.

Anyone who does not been see fit or has done something terrible.
