Creation of Kraag

Summary

Before time existed, only a singular entity was created. The core. A concentrated sphere of magical energy, that was so unstable, it created universes with every beat of its magical centre. Eventually, the instability of the core caused it to explode, leaving parts of its magic scattered through the cosmos. These fibres of magic came together to form four individual spindles. Time, Space, Creation and Destruction. These 4 spindles each became an archetype for different celestial beings, formed from individual parts of the spindles. The pantheon of these gods, as it came to be known as, had unique features for each spindle. Time gave birth to the Keepers, ancient beings that controlled the timeline, and alternate branches. Space gave birth to the Protectors, beings that kept the universe in harmony by shaping magic into new and wondrous elements. Creation gave birth to the Creators, beings that gave birth to Life, and the antithesis Destruction giving birth to Destroyers, beings that snatch and control Life. All 4 of these beings worked together, which fashioned planets, and eventually entire ecosystems, that worked coherently with each other. The Creators, after millennia of fashioning new and exciting creatures to live in this realm, wanted to fashion something like them, something that will identify its purpose in this universe. All of the Panthea worked together to fashion the races: Dwarves, Humans, Gnomes, Halflings and Elves. Eventually, Half-Elves, Dragonborn, Tieflings and Half-Orcs were formed due to the combination of different species. The whole world lived in harmony. However, due to mutual distrust between the Creators and Destroyers, several creatures vanished and others mutated, with new godly power. Due to this magical imbalance, the other gods managed to create a pact, known as the The Yin-Yang Pact , a pact that prevents the Creators and Destroyers from altering the natural laws of the universe. Now, these Gods assist those and meddle with the natural plane whenever they felt like it.
