Umm' Zahra
The village of Umm'Zahra acts as one of the last settlements under the leadership of the Dynasty. Sitting on the borders of the Eslenid and San'Ron, Umm'Zahra acts as both rest-stop and final landing place for travellers and merchants alike. This village rests on the top of the Hills of Senya, a grassy plain that overlooks the rivers of Ruh (R-OO-h).
One such merchant who arrived and never left is Sobel, an orc who settled down and made a name for herself selling the off-cuts of merchants. You see, she has this particular eye for items that are especially useful for those proficient in the arcane and deemed useless by merchants and will sell them to you at prices that could only be considered a steal. Another success story of the Hills of Senya is the origins of KMC's shop of wonders run by tabaxi triplets. Now a continental franchise, KMC hosts a plethora of trinkets and items that can be enchanted to suit the user's needs. You'll find a KMC shop in every major city and you'll always see the triplets ready to greet you at the door.

Government
The governing ruler of Umm'Zahra is Lordess Calile Switbow, who functions under the alliance of Lordships in the Eslenid Dynasty. Amongst other duties, Calile oversees the finances of the town and the functioning of merchant guilds. Under Lordess Calile sits her adviser, Mage Motya Kurais who takes charge of infrastructure and managing the use of magical and non-magical utilities.
Guilds and Factions
The most prominent Guild is the merchant guild which since its nationalisation, hosts a plethora of merchants from all across the country. Those of this guild swear to uphold just prices and quality of wares.
