"My mother was good woman, and I will miss her dearly. But her death cannot be manipulated into an excuse for war. This land has seen enough violence, and we must find another way." -Alexander IV, A History of the Cultic Conflict in Samayaris, Frederick Dunn

In an effort to cease hostility between the Church and Cultists, Presbyter Sehaya Lione sails to Samayaris. Word is sent out to all of the cultic leaders across Samayaris, and a meeting is set in place at Yeva. Lady Lione travels to Yeva on the 3rd of Theandrar to meet with the cult leaders. She is accompanied by small group of emissaries, including Julia Cruxan, and a Cruciferiery guard. Leaders gathered to represent every major city in Samayaris, except for Pol Pura.   According to witnesses, the meeting was going well until, suddenly, the leader of Pol Pura, Uthum, barged into the room late. Without saying a word, Uthum walked up to Lady Lione and crushed her head in his bare hands. Immediately the Cruciferiery guard sprang on Uthum, but they were overpowered. Other cultic leaders fled the scene, as Uthum killed all twelve crucifers guarding Julia Cruxan.   Witnesses were not present to see what happened, but Julia Cruxan was found dead alongside Lady Lione, her body torn in two, and her face and body badly beaten and bruised.   Uthum fled the meeting place and has not been seen since, having abandoned his position in Pol Pura.
