Construction on Cruxan's Crossing Completed

Construction is finished on Cruxan's Crossing. The encampment begins producing ships immediately. Unexpectedly, many merchants and settlers begin to move into the city as well, and Cruxan's crossing quickly becomes not only a military encampment, but a trade hub as well.
