"I would say we were victorious, of what happened could truly be called a battle." -Aurelius Tuscany

Crucifer forces lead by Aurelius Tuscany clash with cultists well outside of Megala on the 7th of Minas.   By the end of day, cultist forces make a full retreat. Aurelius, however, orders his men to cut down cultists fleeing from the battle.   Cultists take heavy losses, estimated to be between 25,000-30,000 men. Crucifers lose roughly 100 men.     As Aurelius's forces approach the city on the 9th of Minas, white banners of surrender are already waving in the wind. citizens inside the city throw their leader over the city walls and open the gates to the Crucifer forces.
