"St. Alaena brought the light to us, and now we bring it to you." -High Presbyter Bren

After the death of St. Alaena, the church was left under the charge of her right hand, St. Bren. Bren saw the danger in placing so much power into the hands of one person, so he gathered all of the leaders of the various orders into one place to form the council of Prebyters. The Presbyters were charged with leading the church, and thus the Presbytery Order was first established in 3e 78, one year after the death of St. Alaena.   Under the leadership of the Presbyters, the Church formed the Magisterial Order from out of the Crucifiery Order in 3e 102, and the Nameless Order in 3e 121. The Church spread across the world of Kos, mostly through peaceful evangelism, but occasionally through warfare and violence. By 3e 350, the Church was the predominant religion in every continent west of Samayaris.
