Kara

One of Nu's divine daughters. Kara takes the form a dove to guide the spirits of the dead to the Mortal World for reincarnation in new An. Her powers allow her to appear in many destinations concurrently so as to simultaneously guide multiple spirits to the Mortal World. Following Skyfire and the Schism, Kara's perception of mortal fertility, gestation, and birth has deteriorated, making it difficult for her to find hosts for her spirits. This has lead to the phenomenon of Na'ath: An animated through Ur and any ambient Na in the vicinity of the birth but lacking a complete spirit. To prevent their children from being Anathema, parents in Korsamu worshiping communities ask priests of Nu to perform the Call to Kara to guide an Anath to their incipient progeny.
