Progenitor
The Progenitor
"In the beginning, there was nothing. The threads of magic that tie our world together ran crisscross and tangled, not even chaos because there was no order to disobey. There was just primordial nothing- bleakness and void and disorder. From that disorder, however, arose the Progenitor. With their first movements, their first actions, they organized everything in the universe. The course of magic that had no direction suddenly flowed from them, and they organized its strands to run parallel or to overlap. The Progenitor had created order, and then they decided to have a child."

Divine Domains
The Progenitor rules over all of the universe- nay, the multiverse- that is touched by magic. They and they alone have access to the fundamentals of magic that make life come into being, and only the Progenitor can grant the essence of a divine spark. The Progenitor wove magic into existence and is the patron of magic itself- rarely worshiped but always given thought by all but the stupidest and shortest lived of spell casters.
Clerics and other divine spellcasters that pay direct penance to the Progenitor can choose from the Artifice, Knowledge, Magic, Rune, and Travel domains. They may also choose from the Construct, Thought, Arcane, Divine, Rites, and Portal subdomains.

Holy Books & Codes
Although they do not have any Holy Books per se, the Progenitor looks kindly upon those who attempt to decipher the mysteries of the universe. In addition, many abstract scrawlings upon towering stones are attributed to the Progenitor or their chosen.

Physical Description
Body Features
The Progenitor is depicted in art by their followers as a formless orb of magic. They have never taken any avatar, but in visions they appear as a limitless field of indigo blue light. When depicted as a person, the Progenitor is shown as a hooded figure holding a handheld loom and weaving a lush tapestry with golden thread.
