Littletop

What is now a thriving multi-cultural city of many districts, was once the loosing side of the human war. The Sole Empire cast House Littletop to the bottom of the rung, and forcing them to be the location of all refugees and foreigners that traveled to Four Rivers. House Littletop collected the leaders of these groups and forged itself into a republic under the executive leadership of the barony. These micro settlements have combined into a massive city of ingenuity and magical accomplishment. The home base of the Order of White sets this city on the map for many powerful casters of all races.
