Gnomes
The gnomes have secretive beginnings in their secluded woods and hidden valleys. The gnomes leave their homes in search of adventure or entrepreneurship. They live lives with strange relationships with deities known and not known.
Gnomes will be asked to join a 'clan' in the loosest of terms. At some point gnomes will start asking gnomes their hobbies and give them a charm if they agree to be part of their clan. This will only identify other gnomes that associated with that hobby. Even that could be too much commitment for the whimsical gnomes, and going clan-less is not that uncommon.
