So far, no scientist has managed to found any physical differences between the Mobe and the Basic Human. Even more so, according to local studies, they are exactly the same than a regular human from Zohmi.
They show no special fastened healing, or any kind of unnatural strength. Their life expectancy goes from 80 to 95 years, depending of their lifestyles and regardless of how many essence thieves they feed.Additional Information
Social Structure
Any Mobe in the settlement occupies a place as family head. The size of the family, and its internal dynamics, vary according to different things. Each one of them have different reasons or means to decide who —and how many— they take on their care, but they all make those links for life and keep them as their first priority.
They don't develop relationships of any kind with other mobe or [tooltip:Zohmi]Sohmies by the single fact of being such, but based in their likes, dislikes and personalities.
Geographic Origin and Distribution
The 100% of Mobe known population is located in Zohmi, a 95% of them in The Settlement.
Of course, there is a high probability of the existence of other people with this ability, that had never being exposed to Essence Thieves or didn't have enough information and interest to recognize their gift. Some could be keeping a low profile in order to protect themselves or an essence thief they care for.

Perception and Sensory Capabilities
According to their own word, the Mobe count with the same five senses than ordinary human have, as well as the same capability to process that information through instinct and rational thinking.
For several of the visitors and scientist that had observed the habits of the Settled, it's obvious that the Mobe have an special ability that allows them to know or even anticipate the hunger and emotional state of Essence Thieves. Some scientist, though, have come to the conclusion that instead of being a sixth sense of sorts, this phenomena is due to a developed skill of interpreting their own charges' mood and attitude.
Is not an uncommon sense like percipience, but a skill more similar to motherly instincts and teacher's experiences.
One of the most dangerous kind of human is the Essence Thief, unable to properly heal without feeding on the very life energy of other creatures and particularly hungry for those capable of interpret their surroundings and aware of themselves: the sentient beings.
There is no defense against their ability of stealing energy, and they can do it without contact and even from a considerable distance. Those chosen as their meal will be death in a minute, with only two exceptions: the majority of immortal people will resist longer, and a very particular kind of human can actually survive even after the essence thief hunger is sated.
Because all know people with this ability is located in Zohmi, an unaware world, there is little chances to have a proper investigation on how it works, or what makes the Mobe so special. So far, only two studies had been conducted following the necessary standards and only one of them included enough subjects to be relevant.
On the other hand, those who had inquire about it using Percipient Sense agree that the Mobe's ability is more of a developed character trait than a physical condition, and every study that compares this ability with enhanced regeneration is inconclusive or shows that there is no relation at all.
